CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
That’s Indian believes in helping and supporting its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation and return policy.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is done after your product has been shipped:
- You can return the product to us within 7 days after the delivery. For return, you have to mail us the details of your order with order number at email@example.com and we will revert with the details regarding the return.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us the details along with a picture of the product within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send you the details regarding the Return through E-mail. After the Product has been inspected by us, we will initiate your Refund.
Shipping charges are Non-refundable except in case of the damaged Product.
Refunds will be made in your bank account within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned package from you.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
