That’s Indian  believes in helping and supporting its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation and return policy.

RETURN POLICY

You can return the product to us within 7 days after the delivery. For return, you have to mail us the details of your order with order number at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 9560859405 and we will arrange a return pick up for you.
Please make sure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us the details along with a picture of the product within 24 hours of receiving your order, after verifying, we will arrange a return pick up for you.

After the Product has been received and inspected by us, we will exchange it with the same product. 

REFUND 

Refund will be made in your bank account within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned package from you.

CANCELLATION 

After an order is placed on the online store, a customer can ask for cancellation and refund within 24 Hours. That’s Indian is a designer label and works on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible.
